Terms and acceptable use

Using the service

These terms govern access to the MJ Sports Management LTD system. Access is provided for authorised agency work or for a player’s own approved portal. If a separate signed representation, employment, supplier or partnership agreement applies, that agreement governs its specific commercial subject matter.

Accounts and access

• Use only your own account and keep credentials and recovery information secure.
• Do not share sessions, bypass access controls or attempt to view another organisation or player.
• Tell the agency promptly about suspected unauthorised access or incorrect role permissions.
• Access may be suspended to protect people, records or the service.

Role-specific responsibilities

• Players and guardians must provide information they reasonably believe is accurate and must flag incorrect or outdated records.
• Staff, coaches, trainers and scouts must record observations honestly, separate facts from opinions and use information only for authorised duties.
• Managers and administrators must assign least-privilege access, preserve approvals and audit trails, and review conflicts, safeguarding and retention duties.
• External contacts must not reuse profiles, documents, media or share packs outside their stated purpose or after access expires.

Records and evidence

The system is an operational system of record. Do not falsify, backdate, conceal or improperly alter player, performance, document, financial, consent or decision records. Corrections must preserve the audit history. Upload only material you are authorised to provide.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, discrimination, exploitation, unsafe scouting or safeguarding violations.
• No malicious code, scraping, denial of service, credential attacks or attempts to defeat security controls.
• No unauthorised publication, sale or disclosure of player or agency information.
• No use that infringes image, media, confidentiality, privacy, contractual or intellectual-property rights.
• No decision or communication presented as agency-approved without the required authority.

Football and career decisions

Profiles, statistics, valuations, projections and recommendations support professional judgement; they do not guarantee selection, contracts, visas, medical clearance, performance, placement or career outcomes. Authorised people remain responsible for decisions, required advice and player communication.

Fees and financial records

Fees, commissions, expenses, reimbursements and payment duties arise only from applicable agreements or approved transactions. Displaying a forecast, valuation or planned entry does not by itself create a payment obligation. Corrections are made through traceable adjustment or reversal.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure or update the service and may restrict features during incidents. Material changes to these terms are versioned with an effective date. Continued access after notice may constitute acceptance where lawful; otherwise renewed acknowledgement will be requested.

Suspension and termination

Access may end when a role, engagement or representation ends, or may be suspended for security, safety, legal or material misuse concerns. Closing access does not erase records that the agency must lawfully retain.

Use the support route available in your account or contact your authorised MJ Sports Management representative. Report urgent safeguarding or security concerns immediately through the designated agency channel.
